For general pavement marking information, refer to Chapter 3 of the Traffic Safety Manual.
| Pavement markings such as arrows and the word “Only” should not be used with left and right turn lanes unless specifically requested by the District Office. The Assistance District Engineer should request these pavement markings at the time of the field exam. |
